Drinks on the beach in SCOTLAND?! - Sailing Ragdoll [Ep 12]

In this weeks episode we do little sailing and plenty hiking! We continue our adventure on the Isle of Arran. Do you think going for a 6 hour hike with three dogs and a kid is a good idea? Well, we did! The Isle of Arran is an island off the west coast of Scotland. It is the largest island in the Firth of Clyde and the seventh largest Scottish island, at 432 square kilometres. Goat Fell is the highest point on the Isle of Arran. At 874 metres, it is one of four Corbetts on the island. The mountain, along with nearby Brodick Castle, is now owned by the National Trust for Scotland. If you're planning on visiting Arran and climbing Goatfell, keep in mind that the mountain stands sentinel above Brodick Castle and reaching the summit takes between 2 and 5 hours, so pack plenty of supplies and make sure you are properly equipped. It took us over 6 hours! If you visit Arran and climb Goatfell, don't forget to visit the souvenir shop on your way back and grab a tub of the famous Arran ice cream.. you won't regret it!
