DOMINICAN REPUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ? we survived

Transportation in the Dominican Republic can get pretty interesting. We walked up to the marina entrance to catch a public bus for $1 US but then "Mikey" stopped by on his motorbike and asked if we wanted a ride, so of course we hopped on. He took us to and around the city of Samana and all the way back to Puerto Bahia. I think we paid him $5 US for the trip. We love the Dominican Republic :-).
