Bat Island in Costa Rica is known for large marine life and large schools of fish. Did see a manta ray and several large schools of fish. My friend saw a bull shark. Very rough diving with low visibility and strong currents. Almost an hour boat ride to the dive site, but fortunately the seas were calm.
