Bluewater Sailboat Refit to Sail around the World: Restoring STEEL MOTORSAILER KETCH while living on a trawler full time. We continue our metal boat restoration project. There might be a lot of passagemaker boats for sale in the world but definitely when you start looking at trawler living in generally and trawler cruising it starts to sink in that there are not a lot of options out there. Trawler life is very different from sailing and people who want to live on a trawler full time are also very different people from sailors for example. Our trawler boat is 1984 jefferson Motor yacht that we owned for more than 6 years and we were more than happy with it. Iana on the other hand always wanted a boat with sails to circumnavigate the world and that's why we bought our steel motorsailer 1985 De Vries. And now our beautiful passagemaker is amongst other passagemaker yachts for sale.
