After finally hauling out our sailing catamaran to diy the bottom paint we decide to head down to Fort Lauderdale to meet with our families and friends. We motor our way down through the intercostal waterway from Pompano Beach to Fort Lauderdale crossing a number of bridges and then we sail down to Miami because we were unable to make water in the canals..
