Cooking with Conner đ¤đŧâī¸đ´đĻŠ The Grouper Sandwich! Itâs been a while since Iâve had grouper and I must say it did not disappoint. Grouper was one of the first fish I ate when I started getting big into seafood about four years ago. Chef notes: Normally when I cook I marinate whatever Iâm cooking in a liquid marinade. Last night when I did my grouper I didnât do that, I only used olive oil and used my mix of seasonings. It was still very delicious, but next time, I plan on using some sort of liquid marinade along with my mix of seasonings. 1 Grouper Filet JalapeÃąo Red Onion Tomato Leaf Lettuce Buns Mayo & Hot sauce (I used JalapeÃąo hot sauce)
