Boat Life | Our First Week Aboard

E.P 112 So it's our first week living aboard Lady Africa on the water & it definitely has been taking some getting use to. Besides the rocking to sleep, I have had to get used to all the sounds of the ocean and barnacles around me.. We get started on finishing up a few tasks we have left such as our horseshoe life rings, connecting up our deck shower and deck wash, Ricky climbs up the mast to fix up our VHF connection. Install our transducer (thankfully we didn't sink the boat) We obviously sort out some of our fishing gear & Ricky goes for his first surfing lesson... He didn't manage to convince me to get him a board.. maybe I'll let him have another go at it. 🤣😉 See ya next week!!
