The AC Playoffs - The French had been knocked out, the Defenders would play no further part in the racing until the Cup match itself and now there were four. Softbank Team Japan were facing Artemis Racing while Emirates Team New Zealand had chosen Land Rover BAR to race against as the four teams took the next step to selecting a challenger. Only two would go forwards from here.
