Can you imagine a boat shaped like a zipper? ЁЯдРЁЯМК Discover the incredible story of the "Zip-Fastener Ship", a masterpiece created by Japanese artist Yasuhiro Suzuki. What started in 2004 as a simple optical illusion from an airplane window became a real naval engineering challenge capable of carrying passengers and sailing the waters of Japan. In this video, we explore: тЬИя╕П How the idea to "hack the viewer's perception" was born. ЁЯЪд The first tests with the radio-controlled prototype. ЁЯЫая╕П The hydrodynamic challenges to achieve the perfect foam lines. ЁЯМК Its full-scale debut at the Setouchi International Art Festival (2010). ЁЯЧ╝ Its iconic navigation down the Sumida River in Tokyo (2020), symbolically "sewing" the city together with the sponsorship of YKK.
