A torture or feasible? 600nm on a catamaran against the trade winds

This video is about a sailing trip from Panama to Jamaica. The question, if this trip is possible at all against the prevailing winds and the complex current conditions, and how difficult it is, has been on my mind for a long time. I had the opportunity to experience this on the catamaran "Flip Flop" of my friends Peter and Petra. In addition to Panama and the actual sailing trip, I try to give you some impressions of Jamaica outside the tourist areas.
