55 min Hatha Yoga session before sleep, designed to be done in bed

This is a Hatha yoga session designed to be done just before sleep in bed. There is no gear you need at all, just enough space and maybe shuffle blankets and cushions out of the way. Its a great way to end the day by gently moving the body, calming the nerveous system, letting go of the day and inviting a relaxed state. I know this works as I got really sleepy, just teaching this ;-). If you have essential oils at home, choose a calming blend. Wood Oils are calming and grounding. Lavender, Magnolia and Vetiver are great support for a restful sleep This practice should be accessible for most bodies, but if anything does feel painful or inaccessible, just wait that pose out or change for a different pose you enjoy.
