First stop was in Christchurch where we got to see an awesome museum exhibit on the 75 year history of Air New Zealand, complete with a virtual reality look at the future of air travel! Amy also couldn't pass up the opportunity to check out the botanical garden, filled with beautiful flowers and even an herb and veggie garden! After Christchurch we drove up to Blenheim to attend the Marlborough Food and Wine Festival. This festival had been circled on our calendar ever since we arrived in New Zealand and it was well worth the wait! I'm still amazed we managed to walk out on our own two feet!
