FINAL MATCH! At the mecca of beach volleyball, Manhattan Beach Pier, the most exciting women’s college teams competed in the inaugural SoCal Challenge beach volleyball event, including reigning national champion USC, UCLA, and Loyola Marymount, Pepperdine, Hawaii, Cal State Long Beach, University of Arizona, CalPoly SLO, and Grand Canyon. The event, organized by Mark Paaluhi and Butch Hendrick in partnership with Joe Lewis Company, was on Nov. 13-14.
