Life on a sailboat often means finding new ways to stay fit in small spaces. I work full-time and have been averaging 60-hour work weeks since May, which makes it a huge challenge to keep a fitness routine and, as a result, I've found the sedentary lifestyle has robbed me of my energy. My goal with the 30-day challenge is to regain my lost energy, and with any luck and fortitude, lose some of the 10 pounds I put on since I've been back in the States.
