180 days. Thousands of miles. Countless waves. One sailboat. For six months, we sailed through the remote islands of Indonesia in search of surf, exploring some of the most incredible waves and untouched coastlines in the world. From Simeulue , Banyak Islands to Nias, the Hinako Islands, the Telo Islands, and the Mentawai Islands off Sumatra, we followed the swells, crossed open oceans, and discovered what happens when you trade the ordinary for a life chasing waves. This isn't a professional surf production. $0 production budget. No professional film crew. No sponsors. Just surfers, a sailboat, and a camera.** No perfect plan. No scripted moments. Just real people surfing, sailing, and living in the moment. Some days brought perfect offshore winds, empty lineups, and unforgettable barrels. Others brought storms, breakdowns, long passages, and the reality of living aboard a 39-foot sailboat in remote Indonesia. But that's what made the journey worth it.
