In this video, 10 Days in Paradise, Part 1: Adrift in FOG, this part one of our 10 days in paradise series we depart on our journey to secluded destinations along the amazing and beautiful South Coast of Nova Scotia. In this video we bring along guests and head out to sea in thick dangerous fog. We catch our supper, then land in Prospect cove to drop off our guests before heading to the famous Rogues Roost for to anchor out for the night. The next day we go for a tour of Rogues Roost by Dinghy using our new electric outboard motor and battery. In August of 2017 I sold everything and moved aboard Balachandra, a 1986 C&C44 sailboat, then sailed it over 300 nautical miles to Halifax Nova Scotia to spend a cold Canadian winter in the frozen waters of the North Atlantic.
