1 Lock, 2 Bridges and a Brewing STORM! Boating from Titusville to Cape Canaveral, Florida
With Tropical Storm Eta heading our way, the Captain arranges for us take shelter at a marina in Cape Canaveral. Making our way from Titusville, Florida, we motored along the Canaveral Barge Canal to our destination and hit another milestone along the way - our first lock! Luckily, we had great weather that allowed us to fully enjoy the journey. Below are details on the bridges and locks we encountered along the way, per the Waterway Guide (a great online resource!). https://www.waterwayguide.com/ Christy McAuliffe Drawbridge: Named after the American teacher and astronaught that was killed aboard the Challenger in 1986.
