Day 2 of Antigua Sailing Week 2026: Nonsuch Bay to Little Jumby Bay rocked with north swell, Atlantic breezes (8-15 knots), and tight racing—Kali topped CSA 1 with spinnaker mastery, Contigo rode currents to win CSA 2 over Vildiur. Rally fleets crushed the Treasure Hunt (turtles spotted, English Harbour Rum hats grabbed), Impala stole the beach relay at The Hut (lime-spoon, swims, dinghy dashes), then DJ York + Heineken sunset party lit up the vibes. **NOW SOLD ** ‘Amici’ is a 2008 Moody 45 Deck Saloon. When the German powerhouse of production yachts, Hanse, acquired Moody yachts in 2007 they took the hugely respected brand to the next level of modernisation and ease of handling. This Moody 45DS has been set up for exactly what the designers had in mind; extremely comfortable, easy and fun sailing with good performance and the ability to be cruised extensively. This is single level living, mono-hull sailing at it’s best. Amici has been intelligently improved on since launch. The Rainman water maker, stainless steel dinghy davits, generator, solar panels, chart plotter and headsails were added around 2015. Then Amici received a second significant birthday from 2017 onwards with a newly installed stern thruster (2017), most sea-cocks were replaced (2017), all new standing rigging (Sept 2018), new salon upholstery (2020), and both the retractable and helm bimini’s were replaced new in 2020. The Moody 45DS offers single level sailing and living on board from cockpit to saloon with wrap around protected views from the luxurious saloon. The high-quality interior build with the generous owner's cabin positioned forward offers multiple opening hatches and the centre line skylight, writing desk with padded stool and access to private ensuite with separate shower stall. Two double guest cabins are also positioned on the accommodation level. A second guest head / shower room is to starboard. All lines are led aft to electric winches by the twin helms. The large and protected cockpit with folding table is easily accessed from the dock by the drop down boarding or bathing platform. The teak side decks offer protection via a full length bulwark and continuous stainless steel handrail. A retractable anchor arm and hidden furler adds to the clean lines and easily navigable foredeck.

No gimbals, no deviation, no recalibration after every alternator install. Then a walkthrough of the new TZT XL 13 software update.
