Ter certeza que quem estava lá fora está 100% atenta e motivada era fundamental para sobrevivência de todos. Normalmente os empregados começam extremamente motivados pelo novo desafio e vão perdendo interesse quando o novo emprego deixa de ser novidade. Entender em que momento esta seu subordinado é fundamental se você quiser manter um time afiado e com foco em resultado.
