In light winds I rig my code0 sheets inside the shrouds to get more upwind. Too bad my code0 was made before I found this trick and it is a bit too big so it lands on the shroud. Anyway it works well and I can sail at around 70% SOG/TWS.

Kick back and relax to our snorkelling footage. The body of the saddled seabream is oblong and longer than the white seabream. Its mouth is oblique and it has a silvery grey body that is darker on the back, and fine black longitudinal lines on its sides. There is a large black mark with a white border on the caudal peduncle. Saddled seabream feed on small invertebrates and measure up to 30cm at most. They live on rocky bottoms and in Posidonia seagrass down to 30m below the surface. They are found all over the Mediterranean but are very rare in the Black Sea. In the Atlantic, they occur from the Bay of Biscay to Angola.

REDWOODS NATIONAL PARK VLOG (#shorts #subscribe #travel #redwoods #forest) Muir Woods National Monument is in Marin County, California, just a few miles north of San Francisco. The 558-acre monument preserves one of the last remaining ancient redwood forests in the Bay Area. Some of the redwoods are nearly 1,000 years old and reach heights of more than 250 feet. Named for conservationist John Muir, it was the 10th national monument to be designated under the Antiquities Act of 1906, the first to be in proximity to a major city, and the first to consist of formerly privately-owned lands. Today, Muir Woods National Monument is home to more than 380 different plants and animals, including 27 species of mammals, 50 species of birds, 12 species of reptiles, and 5 species of amphibians. Redwood Creek, the principal stream in the monument, runs clean and clear beneath the towering trees. Its waters are home to Coho salmon and steelhead trout—keystone species in many Pacific ecosystems. Muir Woods National Monument is managed by the National Park Service as a distinct park unit within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. We leave Tobago Cays in this video and stop by St. Lucia on our way to Martinique. In St. Lucia we snorkeled and did a dive on the most beautiful reef we had ever seen. Bienvenue sur ma chaîne YouTube, dans cette vidéo, je vous présente la restauration complète de la remorque de mon bateau bien-aimé, le Xavi 1, réalisée au cours du mois d'avril et du début du mois de mai. La remorque de mon bateau était dans un état de délabrement avancé, avec de la rouille, des parties déformées et des problèmes de fonctionnement. J'ai décidé de relever le défi de la restaurer moi-même, et j'ai documenté tout le processus pour vous le partager aujourd'hui. Dans cette vidéo, vous allez découvrir les différentes étapes de la restauration de la remorque. Tout d'abord, j'ai commencé par démonter entièrement la remorque afin d'inspecter chaque pièce et d'évaluer les dégâts. J'ai ensuite procédé au nettoyage en profondeur, en enlevant la rouille et en préparant les surfaces pour les travaux de réparation. Ensuite, je me suis attaqué aux réparations nécessaires. J'ai soudé et renforcé les parties déformées, remplacé les pièces endommagées et effectué les ajustements nécessaires pour assurer un bon fonctionnement de la remorque. J'ai également appliqué une couche de peinture de haute qualité pour protéger la remorque contre la corrosion future. Pendant la restauration, j'ai rencontré quelques défis intéressants, notamment la recherche de pièces de rechange et l'adaptation de certains éléments pour s'adapter parfaitement à la remorque. J'ai également partagé des conseils et des astuces que j'ai appris tout au long du processus, afin que vous puissiez les appliquer si vous entreprenez une restauration similaire. Enfin, j'ai testé la remorque avec mon bateau Xavi 1 pour m'assurer qu'elle était prête à prendre la route et à transporter mon précieux bateau en toute sécurité. In this series I hope to eventually document, via time lapse, the entire trip from Delaware City, DE to Miami, FL. It's primary purpose is to allow fellow boaters the chance to scope out an area that they may be traveling thru for the first time. In this video we leave our anchorage in Calabash Creek and head thru North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach before entering the Waccamaw River and finally anchoring in Prince Creek. We pass thru three swing bridges; Little River Bridge, Barefoot Landing Bridge and the Socastee Bridge, we also traverse one of the more dangerous sections of the ICW, the Rock Pile.
