Learn how to catch the most blue crab at once, learn how to clean them humanely and safely (the live ice method), proper cooking method, and the best recipe we have found for Dafusky Crab Cakes - we make ours in the actual shell. Location: North Edisto River, Johns Island, SC. DEVILED CRAB RECIPE Makes: 10 servings For the crab mixture: 1 pound crabmeat 2 stalks celery, finely diced 6 green onions, sliced and with roots and 2 inches of green tops discarded 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons good-quality mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 egg, lightly beaten salt and pepper, to taste For the topping: 2 tablespoons butter, divided into 10 pieces 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Mix the crab ingredients together and divide into 10 portions that are roughly the same size. Roll each into a ball and press firmly into a ramekin or clean crab shell. Dot the tops of the crab mixture with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned. We thought we'd show a bit about how we structure our schooling while touring in a motorhome in Europe. We take the same approach when we are on a boat but without some much of the history side of things! We are a family of six who are taking some time out of normal life to travel. We’ve pulled the kids from school and are home schooling while on the road and the water. We spend time aboard our 34ft sailing boat in NZ and have bought a motorhome in Europe so as to tour the other side of the world. We’re keeping our memories on video here and the kids write narration and play guitars so we have music to use in the videos.

We make the heart-wrenching decision to say goodbye to our beloved 15-yr old black lab, Kaylana, after she experiences a series of health concerns. But first, during our last week together, we make sure Kaylana enjoys some of her favorite things, namely, exploring new places, eating ice cream, and seeing the ocean! We reached out to a veterinary hospice service called Lap of Love, which allowed us to have Kaylana at home with us. The day was particularly beautiful, so we sat outside with Kaylana, under one of her favorite trees. Although it hurts like hell to not having Kaylana (aka "face of love") here with us, we're grateful we had this time with her and for the most peaceful goodbye. The historic area of George Town is bar none, one of the most unique and interesting places we have ever visited. We loved this island so much that we stayed for two weeks to take advantage of the quaint streets, historic and varied architecture and limitless opportunities to view art out in the open. And, two weeks were NOT LONG ENOUGH! Oh, and we feasted daily on its incredible food toggling mainly between Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants but also a lot of Malay dishes as well. It's a GORGEOUS place with an incredible history, culture, and cuisine. This video showcases only one aspect of George Town and the reason it has been honored as a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the meantime I try to recall a poem =============================================== ABOUT ME Due to the Covid 19 situation around the world and in Canada and all associated restrictions having to put plans and ideas off till later seems like an option to proceed. With a plenty of free time on my hands catching up with some tasks, learning navigation - Navionics, OpenCPN (not in this video), brushing up on Spanish language skills (not in this video either), recalling some poems does not feel like a worst case scenario. In this video I recite the story about Fedot the Archer ================================================ Back in 2019 I decided I did not want to be a 9 to 5  type guy anymore.  I got fed up with this rat race like routine city life and I got hooked on the idea of sailing and living on a boat full time. But with 0 (zero) expirience that would be difficult to achieve... I took a Transport Canada course and received my first boat license... I watched tons of videos about boats and sailing on youtube and got myself registered with dozen boat related forums and groups on a facebook... In May 2020 I came across a facebook post. Sergey was looking for a crew to bring his boat to the Caribbean. I travelled 1300 km from Montreal to Halifax to join him on his boat. The trip was cancelled two months later for legitimate reasons.  Since I made my way to Nova Scotia I decided to discover this beatiful province before going back to Montreal I have not given up on my dream of sailing. Because of this Corona virus situation in the world....  It is just put on hold...
