She is fairly comfortable with 15 to 20 kts of wind. Freshwater capacity to last over 2 weeks and a fuel range of 13 days steaming. About the Boat ''SY Red Current'' is a Southerly 31 with the construction of GRP and rigged as a sloop with Aluminium Mast. Her LOA is 31 feet and she has a beam of 10 feet with a draft of 7 feet. She also has an electric swing keel which makes her draft very shallow and easy to enter in shallow water. The Lagoon 380 is an excellent value in compact cruising catamarans. It's a proven ocean crosser and a sturdy, safe, well built boat. It's remarkably roomy for 38 feet and has more interior volume and storage than any catamaran in its size range. Comfortable underway with beamy hulls and a compact size that makes it easy to dock. With the twin engines, she is highly maneuverable. The aft cockpit fits 6 people comfortably and feels secure. This 380 is a great value for the money. Wir wollen einmal im Monat für ein Jahr, also von Januar bis Dezember für ein Wochenende im Wald verschwinden. In unterschiedlichen Wäldern und Gegenden Deutschlands, wo es uns eben hinzieht. Die kurzen Episoden, die dabei entstehen, sind eher kontemplativer Natur, ein bisschen Slow-TV Outdoors, mit etwas Musik unterlegt, viel O-Töne und wenig oder kein gesprochenes Wort. Dieser erste Kurzfilm im Januar zeigt eine Übernachtung bei 3 °C im schönen bayrischen Spessart. Es hat tagelang vorher geregnet, und während der Tour regnet es auch ein wenig. Ich teste ein neues Tipi-Zelt für 2 Leute mit Ofen, 3 Leute ohne Ofen. Feuerholz finden wir in einer vom Blitz getroffenen Buche. Es wird lecker gekocht, die Nacht ist kurz, und am nächsten Morgen schnitzen wir einen großen Löffel.
