Vlog#19 We had to move from Mission Bay to wait a couple more days in San Diego for our packages to arrive. We had ordered a bunch of fishing gear off the internet. We couldn't wait to catch tuna!! Checking out of America was the craziest nonsense ever, you can't stay at the police/customs dock...but they also don't come down to your boat. You have to go downtown to check out. So we didn't really have a choice except to leave it there anyway and risk getting a ticket. At this point we were so annoyed and didn't care anymore, we were so ready to leave. We had to uuber downtown since there wasn't even a bus near where we were. We wouldve had to walk like 40 minutes just to get to a bus. We finally got to customs and handed our paper and got the hell out of there. Testing the Zcam E2 S6 C4K241 at 100 fps. Lovely young Roe deer doe coming out of woodland into the farmers fields browsing on tender young shoots. Was very low light but the Zcam S6 handled the available light really well. Lens was the RED 300mm T2.8 prime, just love this lens, OMG i love this rig setup.

The sailing in our home water the Baltic Sea is part of our preparation to sail to the Mediterranean Sea. Anders has been at the sea most of his life and sailed for the Swedish national dingy sailing team as a young man. Gitte has also grown up with boat and spent every summer sailing with her father as a teenager but made a pause of about 15 years without sailing as an adult, had just begun to pick-up the interest before she meet Anders a 4 years ago. Onboard we also have our cat Litza a 3 year old Devon Rex we call her the cattain because cats always decide over their humans. Litza is a Devon Rex cat and she is the real cattain aboard. Fridá af Wisby is a Wauquiez 47 pilot saloon that we Gitte and Anders bought in UK in 2019 and that we have sailed to Gotland and in season 1 2020 we sail in the Baltic Sea.

Took the sailboat out on Newnans Lake again with a new crew! Doni and Michael join me for this first time on my boat and they did awesome. It was a beautiful day with winds around 7 knots.

We spend a few weeks exploring Antigua & Barbuda, the wonderful anchorages and marine life. We also ventured behind the Sandy white beaches & the glamorous hotels to see the local communities. We were shocked about the state of Codrington, the main town on Barbuda, which was devastated by Hurricane Irma.
