Homeschool ended up extending through the weekend 😜we really just were looking to get out of the house. Shane had wanted to visit a "drum garden" where the rain plays the drums. We ended up sticking around and looking at the Cedar River Watershed Education Center. It was pretty overwhelming for the kids, but they loved it. We had learned about the water cycle last fall during the floods. The center explains the process through a ball that is vacuumed around the room to mimic a water drop. The kids just loved putting the ball in the tube... Totally recommend it. I'd love to checkout some of their group tours in the future.
