Silver Heels is a 38ft Double-Ended Sloop designed by William Atkin and built-in Huntington, the USA, as a cruiser. The Alajuela Yacht Corp in the United States made her design. The Alajuela 38 is a recreational keelboat, built predominantly of fibreglass, with wood trim. It has a cutter rig, a spooned raked stem with a teak bowsprit, a canoe transom, a transom-hung rudder controlled by a tiller, and a fixed long keel.
