As the temperatures continue to rise fires begin to cover the Italian hillsides. We get another big leak in our dingy and are stuck at the marina another night attempting to patch it. STILL TOO HOT.

It's freezing and we have about 3" of snow right now, so I am limited to what I can do, so I discuss a few things i've been up to as wedll as things I have invented for the boat. We have a quick look at my new petrol 4-stroke outboard for my Drascomeb Lugger too. Can't wait to try it out!! Windlass series...This is Part 2 of 3 of the WIndlass removal, repair, and install. In this episode we go through the process of the rebuilding the deck where the old windlass was. This process took several days as we had resin and epoxy that had to dry between layers. We also had to have a machine shop fabricate us a stainless steel plate to mount to the top of the deck. Slowly it is all coming back together but we had no idea how big this project had become. At least our existing deck had no rot or delamination anywhere.
