Simple as it sound: keychain camera 808 #3 maybe (one of the cheapest) So cheap that I actually bought a plastic fisheye lens for iPod, and set it on the camera with some screws (to detach it and add some other lenses in the future) yes I know it doesn't look like fisheye, but as said: the camera is so cheap that the angle of vision was like 15º without it. All of it was to test how cheap vs useful aerial photography could be. (notice: there is still some video frames compressed or missing...you can notice how "fast" the kite lands at the very last moment, and the audio not perfectly matching... Well, sorry...did my best to fix it)

It turned out to be a chilly F2-4 with some big gusts and shifts to contend with but as the sun showed itself for much of the race it wasn't actually that bad. On Saturday 8 Weta crews left Eastern Beach for the beckoning beaches of our Hauraki jewel, Motuihe Island.
