This past week I was in San Francisco for a work thing and very badly wanted to get out sailing. The trick was getting out after 5pm. I decided against doing my own charter because I'm too unfamiliar with the area. And I couldn't figure out how to get in touch with people to be crew for someone. (If you have tips for this let me know in the comments.) The compromise was to pay to go out on a 2 hour sunset sail out towards Sausalito and back.
