Brian started sailing Snipes in Miami when he was 10 or 11 years old. He had success in collegiate sailing and when he graduated, he was looking for a boat that had tough competition on the water but also had great camaraderie on shore. He'd found that in the Snipe and now he's found success too. His second place finish in the 2010 Nationals got him a slot at next year's Snipe World Championship in Denmark.

Enrique Quintero began his career sailing Snipes with multi National Champion Ernesto Rodriquez in Miami. As collegiate sailors he and Tomas Hornos won the 2007 World Championship in Portugal. In 2010 he finished 2nd with skipper Brian Kamilar at the Nationals in Annapolis.
