This was my reaction to the first attempt at launching Freddie, after over a week of waiting past the day we were told we would be launched… We put our lives on hold to get her ready and to show up for this, not to mention getting our hopes way up that we would finally see her off land and back where she belongs, in the water… My heart was hurting and I felt frustrated… but tried to focus on positives. It’s SO easy to show the results, the smiling faces, the cute poses, and new outfits - but behind all of that is the REAL work that gets put in every day. 👉🏼 I always am as real and authentic with you guys as I can be on here - including showing the weaker moments and the tough times of my training sessions. Results come from pushing yourself a little bit more with every opportunity. That doesn’t mean going balls to the wall with every workout - sometimes that just means getting yourself to the gym, on the days you have absolutely ZERO motivation to be there. 🌧 It’s not always going to be pretty. The 6 AM wake up calls, the early nights, the sacrifices… but there is no better feeling than knowing you’ve shown up for yourself over and over again. Let’s fking get ittttt ❤️🔥
