Yep⊠we literally cut the back off our aluminum sailing catamaran đ As part of our major refit, we extended the sugarscoops â rebuilding the sterns completely from 4mm 5083 aluminum. The flat sheets were then pressed for the perfect shape, and welded back on â inside MIG welded and outside TIG welded. We couldnât be happier with how they turned out!
