Lately, I’ve been feeling some more aches and pains in my knees, back and hips. So I’ve taken my intensity down a notch and focussing less on HIIT, and more on strength training. This workout is great if you want something low impact, but still challenging. My abs were burning from the last exercise! Workout details: Perform Each exercise for the stated duration. The doldrums of July and August is not lending itself to great sailing so Toni and I picked a day and committed to some sailing on Moments in Time no matter what.
