Shortly after we filmed this yacht she was sold. To enquire about a new construction Lazzara please contact: Richard.Higgins@NorthropandJohnson.com josh.gulbranson@fraseryachts.com Lazzara Yachts Model: UHV 100 (Ultra High Volume) Length: 30.5m / 100ft Beam: Over 7m Draft: 1.8m Guest accommodation: 5 cabins Crew accommodation: 5 crew in 3 cabins @YachtsForSaleBlog https://www.youtube.com/@Yachtsforsaleblog @YachtsForCharter https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsforCharter @YachtBuilders https://www.youtube.com/@yachtbuilders @YachtPodcasts https://www.youtube.com/@YachtPodcasts Is this the most yacht you can get for 100 feet? That's the question Katia Damborsky explores as she steps aboard the brand-new Lazzara UHV 100 in Turkey for an exclusive first look inside. UHV stands for Ultra High Volume, and Lazzara has made particularly good use of the space available on this 30.5-metre yacht. With approximately 400 square metres of usable space, unusually generous head heights and wide passageways, the UHV 100 has proportions that you would normally associate with a much larger vessel. The yacht is built using advanced composite materials, with an emphasis on durability, structural integrity and long-term reliability. Lazzara also manufactures most of its components in-house rather than relying heavily on subcontractors, allowing the shipyard to maintain close control over construction and finishing. Katia begins her tour on the foredeck, where a large lounging area and Jacuzzi take advantage of the yacht's elevated position above the water. The technical equipment is cleverly recessed, keeping the working areas separate from the spaces used by guests. The upper deck offers a particularly generous lounge, complete with a bar, cinema area and games table. Outside, there is another entertainment area with a concealed television, grill and retractable shade. The wheelhouse is equally impressive, with a striking curved staircase and a design that feels more like something you would find aboard a considerably larger yacht. Inside, the attention to detail becomes even more apparent. Different wood finishes distinguish the decks, while large windows, floating floors and carefully selected materials contribute to the feeling of space and quiet throughout the yacht. The full-beam owner's suite is located forward on the main deck, with panoramic views, two walk-in wardrobes and a marble bathroom. Four additional guest cabins are situated on the lower deck, bringing the total to five. She also explores the galley, which has been designed with family use and extended cruising in mind, before visiting the crew accommodation and engine room. And it is in the engine room that some of Lazzara's most interesting engineering decisions become clear. Redundant systems, a centralised seawater intake and extensive use of hard piping demonstrate the shipyard's approach to building yachts intended to remain dependable over many years. Having previously visited the smaller UHV 87, Katia is already familiar with Lazzara's construction philosophy. But the UHV 100 takes that approach further, combining the practicality of a long-range cruising yacht with the space and finish of a much larger superyacht. For more information about the Blue Corridor: LOS ROQUES: https://www.yachtservicelosroques.com/ (Alejandro Linares) GALAPAGOS: https://superyachtgalapagos.live/ (Ricardo Arenas) Official show map: https://showmaps.qpdm.co.uk/ To watch and subscribe to our YouTube channels: @YachtsForSaleBlog https://www.youtube.com/@Yachtsforsaleblog @YachtsForCharter https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsforCharter @YachtBuilders https://www.youtube.com/@yachtbuilders @YachtPodcasts https://www.youtube.com/@YachtPodcasts The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is quite different from the yacht shows in Cannes and Monaco. Rather than concentrating primarily on new European production yachts or large custom superyachts, Fort Lauderdale brings together almost every part of the American boating market, from serious offshore fishing boats to some of the largest yachts in the world. Following our previews of the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show, I wanted to look at what makes Fort Lauderdale different and which yachts I would particularly recommend seeing this year. The show runs from 28 October to 1 November, with displays spread across several locations, including Bahia Mar, Hall of Fame Marina, Las Olas Marina, Pier Sixty-Six and Superyacht Village. We start with American builders, including Westport and its new 41-metre Westport 135, before looking at Ocean Alexander's new 40P and 30P models, both making their world debuts. Azimut is bringing 13 yachts to the show, ranging from the high-performance Verve 48 to the Grande 36M. Princess also has two interesting debuts, including the X90 and the new C48 Open, the British builder's first outboard-powered centre console. But Fort Lauderdale is also where you find yachts that are particularly important to the American market. We look at the Viking 70 Convertible, designed for serious offshore fishing while still offering the accommodation expected of a luxury motor yacht. At the larger end of the show, Oceanco is bringing the 92.9-metre DRA, formerly known as EQUANIMITY and TRANQUILITY. Following an extensive rebuild, she has been transformed into a vessel equipped for diving, scientific research and marine exploration. I also look at some of the brokerage yachts worth visiting, including the 64-metre Royal Hakvoort SCOUT, offered for sale through Fraser, and the Trinity-built SUMMER DANCE, available through Northrop & Johnson. There is also a look at the enormous range of smaller boats, power catamarans, tenders, outboard-powered centre consoles and marine equipment that make Fort Lauderdale so different from the European shows. Highlights: -Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2026 -How Fort Lauderdale differs from Cannes and Monaco -Westport 135 – new 41m American-built motor yacht -Ocean Alexander 40P and 30P world debuts -Azimut Grande 36M and Verve 48 -Princess X90 and new C48 Open -Viking 70 Convertible sportfishing yacht -Oceanco DRA – 92.9m exploration and diving vessel -SCOUT – 64m Royal Hakvoort explorer yacht -SUMMER DANCE – 44.5m Trinity motor yacht -American brokerage yachts and new-build opportunities -Centre consoles, sportfishers and power catamarans -Navigating the show and finding the yachts you want to see If you're visiting Fort Lauderdale this year, these are some of the yachts I would make time to see. Let me know in the comments which ones would be at the top of your list. Finally, I introduce a useful digital map developed by Max Conway of Quillpoint Digital Media, designed to help visitors locate yachts and navigate the show that you will find ad the top of the description. Delivered in 2007, she retains the elegant lines and traditional craftsmanship associated with Benetti, while many of her mechanical systems and onboard facilities have been extensively upgraded. In this video, filmed in Montenegro, Katia Damborsky takes us on board ARTEMIS to explore her accommodation, outdoor spaces and the improvements that make her an interesting option on the brokerage market. Designed by Stefano Righini, ARTEMIS has a GRP hull and superstructure, a raised wheelhouse and a two-tier sundeck. Powered by twin Caterpillar C18 engines, she has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of approximately 15 knots. Katia begins on the upper deck, where the generous outdoor dining and seating areas are complemented by a new grill, wine coolers, a bar and a guest pantry. The arrangement allows guests to spend much of their time outdoors, with plenty of protection from the sun and wind. Inside, the yacht has beautifully maintained polished woodwork, decorative marquetry and an interior by Adam Voorhees. Accommodation is provided for eight guests in four cabins, including a main-deck owner's suite, a full-beam VIP with its own private staircase, and two additional guest cabins. One of ARTEMIS's main selling points is the extensive work carried out under her current ownership. Both Caterpillar engines have undergone major overhauls, while upgrades include new air conditioning, navigation equipment, watermakers and improvements to the generators and other onboard systems. Katia also explores the yacht's raised wheelhouse, sundeck, tender garage and engine room, as well as the separate crew accommodation for six. ARTEMIS is ABS-classed, equipped with Naiad underway and zero-speed stabilisers, and has the necessary shore-power arrangements for cruising in both European and American waters. With much of the expensive technical work already completed, ARTEMIS offers the opportunity to acquire a traditional Benetti that has been carefully maintained and updated for continued use. Highlights: -30.48m Benetti Tradition 100, delivered in 2007 -Exterior design by Stefano Righini -Interior design by Adam Voorhees -Twin Caterpillar C18 engines -Cruising speed of 12 knots and top speed of 15 knots -Extensive engine overhauls in 2025–2026 -Main-deck owner's suite and full-beam VIP cabin -Accommodation for eight guests and six crew -Spacious upper deck with dining, bar and new equipment -Traditional polished woodwork and decorative marquetry -Two-tier sundeck and raised wheelhouse -Williams 445 tender and fold-down garage platform -Naiad underway and zero-speed stabilisers -ABS classification and US cruising arrangements -Extensive mechanical and interior upgrades Follow Katia Damborsky on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theyachtwriter/ Follow Yachts For Sale Blog on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yachtsforsaleblog/ Partner channels: @MarineMaxOnline @FraserYachtsSuperyachtSales @NorthropJohnson If you are interested in becoming a yacht broker: www.yachtbrokermasterclass.com And if you would like to keep updated on events at the Yachts For Sale YouTube team, you can join the free INSIDE INFO newsletter at: www.yachtsforsaleblog.com

For more information about the Blue Corridor: LOS ROQUES: https://www.yachtservicelosroques.com/ Alejandro Linares GALAPAGOS: https://superyachtgalapagos.live/ Ricardo Arenas To watch and subscribe to our YouTube channels: @YachtsForSaleBlog https://www.youtube.com/@Yachtsforsaleblog @YachtsForCharter https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsforCharter @YachtBuilders https://www.youtube.com/@yachtbuilders @YachtPodcasts https://www.youtube.com/@YachtPodcasts The Galapagos Islands are unlike almost anywhere else you can visit by yacht. You cannot simply arrive, choose an anchorage and decide where to go the following morning. Almost everything is carefully regulated, from cruising routes and landing sites to the number of visitors allowed ashore. And that is part of what makes the islands so extraordinary. In this video, David Seal explores the Galapagos, an archipelago approximately 1,000 kilometres off the coast of Ecuador, where wildlife has developed in remarkable isolation. Giant tortoises, marine iguanas, blue-footed boobies, penguins and sea lions are just some of the species that make these islands such a fascinating destination. David looks at how visiting the Galapagos by yacht differs from cruising in the Mediterranean or Caribbean. Approved itineraries, licensed naturalist guides and strict environmental regulations mean that choosing the right yacht and route is particularly important. He also introduces three very different charter yachts available through Northrop & Johnson. INTEGRITY is a 43-metre yacht built by Gulf Craft, accommodating up to 16 guests in nine cabins. With years of experience operating in the Galapagos, she offers a traditional expedition experience, complete with kayaks, Zodiac tenders, a Jacuzzi and an observation deck. TRIBUTE FREDDY'S LEGACY is a 42-metre yacht that has undergone a major transformation with an emphasis on lower-impact cruising. Her technical improvements include oil-free propulsion and heat recovery systems, while two naturalist guides allow guests to explore in smaller groups. Part of the charter revenue also supports conservation, education and community projects in Ecuador. AQUAMARE, at 49 metres, is the largest of the three. Built by CRN and adapted for Galapagos cruising, she offers a more familiar superyacht experience, with an 80-square-metre owner's suite, beach club, Jacuzzi and generous exterior spaces. David also looks at the yacht's South American-inspired cuisine, developed with Peruvian chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino. But this video is not only about chartering a yacht in the Galapagos. David also introduces the Blue Corridor, an initiative connecting the Galapagos Islands with Los Roques in Venezuela through the Panama Canal, with specialist yacht services at both ends. Together with Ricardo Arenas in the Galapagos and Alejandro Linares in Los Roques, he explains how yacht owners, captains, managers and charter brokers can explore two very different archipelagos as part of a wider cruising programme. David also considers the practicalities of bringing a privately owned yacht to the Galapagos, including local agents, biosecurity inspections and the restrictions that apply to visiting vessels. Finally, he looks at the best times of year to visit, why wildlife should influence the choice of itinerary, and how the right naturalist guides can make an enormous difference to the experience. Highlights: -The Galapagos Islands and their extraordinary wildlife -Charles Darwin and the islands' natural history -Giant tortoises, marine iguanas, penguins and sea lions -National Park regulations and approved cruising itineraries -The importance of licensed naturalist guides -INTEGRITY – 43m Gulf Craft expedition yacht -TRIBUTE FREDDY'S LEGACY – 42m lower-impact charter yacht -AQUAMARE – 49m CRN superyacht -Bringing your own yacht to the Galapagos -The Blue Corridor connecting Galapagos and Los Roques -Specialist support for yacht owners, captains and charter brokers -The best seasons for diving, snorkelling and wildlife encounters The Galapagos is a destination where the islands themselves are the main attraction. Choosing the right yacht, itinerary and guides is what makes it possible to experience them properly. Until now. During a visit on board ADAMAS V, David was so impressed by the machinery spaces that he decided to do something different. Rather than another tour of the guest accommodation, decks and amenities, this time he wanted to understand what goes on behind the scenes. Following an extensive refit in 2023, ADAMAS V has an engine room that immediately caught David's attention. Accompanied by Johnny, he takes a detailed look at the yacht's original engines, which have undergone major overhauls, and the remarkable network of colour-coded pipes that makes it possible to identify the different systems throughout the vessel. The conversation takes them through the yacht's nine fuel tanks, explaining why fuel is transferred between them to maintain stability and trim, and how purification systems remove water and impurities before diesel reaches the engines. They also explore the freshwater production and distribution systems, bilge water separation and sewage treatment, including the procedures designed to prevent pollution. There are plenty of surprises along the way, from the compressed-air systems used to start the engines to the engineering control room, where the yacht can be controlled independently of the bridge. David also discovers the separate generator room, designed to reduce noise and vibration, and learns about the extensive ventilation and air conditioning upgrades completed during the refit. For David, who has spent years visiting engine rooms without always knowing exactly what he was looking at, this is an opportunity to ask the questions that many viewers might have themselves. And Johnny's explanations offer a fascinating insight into the engineering and daily operation of a large superyacht. Highlights: -ADAMAS V's engine room following the 2023 refit -Original engines and extensive mechanical overhauls -Colour-coded pipework and clearly identified systems -Nine fuel tanks and fuel transfer for stability and trim -Alfa Laval fuel purification systems -Freshwater production and filtration -Bilge water separation and sewage treatment -Stabiliser systems and compressed-air engine starting -Engineering control room and independent vessel controls -Soundproofed generator room -Upgraded ventilation and air conditioning systems ADAMAS V is offered for sale with Fraser, represented by Sotiris Konstantakis, with his contact link at the top of the description. Originally built for the Emir of Qatar, she has an extraordinary history, a 130-square-metre owner's suite, a Citroën Ami and two motorcycles on her boat deck. But the first thing that caught David's attention was something rather unexpected: the engine room. Delivered in 1987, this 65.25-metre motor yacht has a beam of 9.76 metres, a draft of 3.2 metres and an internal volume of 986 GT. Powered by twin 4,175hp MTU engines, she reaches a top speed of 20 knots, with a reported range of 5,200 nautical miles at 15 knots. During the walkthrough, David explores the yacht's impressive outdoor spaces, including a sun deck with Jacuzzi, a boat deck with concealed cranes for launching tenders and vehicles, and the main-deck owner's suite, which feels more like a private apartment. He also discovers the redesigned entertaining areas, comfortable guest accommodation and unusually generous crew facilities, with space for 15 crew members and six additional staff. A major refit in 2023 brought extensive improvements to the machinery, systems and interiors. David looks at how much has been invested in maintaining this yacht and why her current condition is particularly impressive for a vessel delivered nearly four decades ago. And then there is that engine room, which made such an impression on David that he decided it deserved a separate walkthrough of its own. Highlights: 65.25m motor yacht, 986 GT, delivered in 1987 Originally built for the Emir of Qatar Twin 4,175hp MTU engines and 20-knot top speed 130m² main-deck owner's suite Citroën Ami, motorcycles and two large tenders Sun deck with Jacuzzi Cinema room and redesigned entertaining spaces Extensive 2023 refit and technical upgrades Reported 5,200nm range at 15 knots Accommodation for 15 crew and six additional staff An engine room that deserves its own video Follow Yachts For Sale Blog on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yachtsforsaleblog/ Partner channels: @MarineMaxOnline @FraserYachtsSuperyachtSales @NorthropJohnson If you are interested in becoming a yacht broker: www.yachtbrokermasterclass.com And if you would like to keep updated on events at the Yachts For Sale YouTube team, you can join the free INSIDE INFO newsletter at: www.yachtsforsaleblog.com

For more information about the Blue Corridor: LOS ROQUES: https://www.yachtservicelosroques.com/ Alejandro Linares GALAPAGOS: https://superyachtgalapagos.live/ Ricardo Arenas To watch and subscribe to our YouTube channels: @YachtsForSaleBlog https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsForSaleBlog @YachtsForCharter https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsForCharter @YachtBuilders https://www.youtube.com/@yachtbuilders @YachtPodcasts https://www.youtube.com/@YachtPodcasts Three yachts, all around 36 metres, and at first glance remarkably similar. But once you look at how they use their volume, how they perform and what each builder has prioritised, they turn out to be three very different propositions. In this comparison, David Seal takes a closer look at the Sirena 118, Sanlorenzo SL120A and Amer 120, three yachts he saw at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The Sirena 118 measures 36 metres, with a 7.8-metre beam and 279 GT. She combines a fast-displacement hull with a more long-distance approach to cruising, while offering considerable interior volume and the possibility of an owner's suite extending over two decks, with a private waterside retreat and direct access to the sea. The Sanlorenzo SL120A takes a very different approach. At 36.92 metres and around 280 GT, her asymmetric main-deck layout allows the interior to extend further outboard on one side. Twin MTU engines producing more than 5,200 hp in total give her a cruising speed of around 23 knots and a maximum speed of 27 knots. Then there is the Amer 120, slightly smaller in overall volume but with a strong emphasis on outdoor living. Her engineering is different again, using four Volvo Penta D13 engines connected to four IPS drives, giving around 4,000 hp in total and a top speed of approximately 26 to 27 knots. David compares the dimensions, gross tonnage, accommodation, deck layouts, engines, speed, range and fuel capacity of all three to see what those differences actually mean for an owner. Highlights: - Sirena 118: 36m, 279 GT and 7.8m beam - Sanlorenzo SL120A: 36.92m, around 280 GT and asymmetric layout - Amer 120: 35.5m with four Volvo Penta engines and IPS drives - Three different approaches to interior and exterior space - Standard and optional performance on the Sirena 118 - 27-knot performance from the Sanlorenzo - Four-engine IPS configuration on the Amer - Range and fuel capacity compared - Fast-displacement versus planing hulls - Three very different approaches to cruising Three yachts of almost exactly the same length, but three very different ideas about what a 36-metre motor yacht should be. It's what the owner has done with her since. In this video, David Seal takes a closer look at this 35.2-metre Sunseeker 116, a yacht that has benefited from an owner determined to make an already successful model just that little bit better. Built in 2020, NOROADER has a gross tonnage of 245GT and a traditional five-cabin layout, with the owner's suite on the main deck and four guest cabins below. Outside, however, there is plenty to catch the attention, from the expansive flybridge to a foredeck arranged around a Jacuzzi, sunbathing areas and an open-air cinema. What makes this particular Sunseeker especially interesting is the list of improvements made by her current owner. A 2023 refit brought changes to the main saloon, lighting, furniture and flybridge, including a substantial new bar. There have also been less visible technical upgrades, including a Hull Vane and Humphree interceptor trim tabs to improve the way the yacht gets onto the plane and enhance her performance. Powered by MTU 2000 Series engines, NOROADER has a top speed of more than 25 knots, while Sunseeker recommends a cruising speed of 12 knots. David also looks at her range, crew areas, tender and toy storage, and why completing her five-year survey makes her particularly interesting at this stage of her life. And then there is one final upgrade waiting on the bow, probably one of the most enjoyable additions the owner has made. Highlights: - 35.2m Sunseeker 116 - Five-cabin layout with main-deck owner's suite - Jacuzzi and extensive foredeck lounging area - Open-air cinema on the bow - Expansive flybridge with upgraded bar - Hull Vane and Humphree interceptor upgrades - MTU 2000 Series engines - Extensive water toy and tender storage - Recent five-year survey - Proven charter yacht NOROADER is currently offered for sale with Northrop & Johnson, represented by Matt Palmer and Ed Dickinson, links on the top of the description. Custom Line took a rather different approach with the Navetta series, concentrating instead on space, comfort and actually living on board. CENTURION is a very good example of what came from that thinking. She is a Navetta 33 Crescendo, with five cabins, a main-deck owner's suite and a layout that has proved particularly successful for charter. But what Katia notices during this walkthrough are some of the less obvious details that make the yacht work so well. The transom folds down to create a substantial swim platform while keeping the tender and toys stored inside the hull. In the main saloon, a fold-down balcony opens the interior to the water, while upstairs the winter garden can be completely opened or enclosed depending on the weather. The sun deck is another particularly successful space, with a Jacuzzi, sunpads, plenty of shade and everything needed to spend the day outside. There has also been considerable attention paid to what happens behind the scenes. CENTURION can accommodate up to seven crew, with discreet service routes and practical working areas designed to keep crew operations away from guests. Powered by twin 1,400hp MAN engines, she cruises at 12 knots and reaches 16 knots. She also has both gyro and fin stabilisation, and has benefited from continued investment in her machinery, systems and interior, including her 10-year RINA class survey in 2023. As Katia discovers during the tour, CENTURION isn't about one spectacular feature. It's the combination of space, comfort, practical details and a layout that has clearly been designed to be used. In the second of our comparison videos inspired by yachts seen at the Cannes Yachting Festival, David Seal takes a closer look at the Kando 85 from AvA Yachts, the Lazzara UHV90 and the new Princess X90. The Kando 85 is the shortest of the three, but also the widest and, at 200 GT, has the greatest volume. The Lazzara UHV90 puts a strong emphasis on interior living space, while the Princess X90 takes a very different approach with its Super Flybridge and significantly higher performance. David compares the dimensions, gross tonnage and layouts before looking at one of the biggest differences between these yachts: how they are built and what that means for performance and range. The steel-hulled Kando is designed as a genuine long-range explorer, carrying 25,000 litres of fuel with a quoted range of 6,000 nautical miles. The Lazzara sits somewhere between the two approaches, while the Princess can reach up to 27 knots depending on the engine package. Highlights: Kando 85 vs Lazzara UHV90 vs Princess X90 Length, beam, draft and gross tonnage How each builder uses the available volume Guest and owner accommodation Main deck and upper deck layouts Steel construction vs composite and GRP Engine power and performance Fuel capacity and cruising range Three very different approaches to yachts of almost the same length Which one would you choose? Originally known as the Genesis 153, this 46.6-metre yacht was delivered in 2002 after a group of American yachtsmen set out to create something very particular. At just under 500 GT, they managed to include features that are still unusual on a yacht of this size today, most notably an entire deck dedicated to the owner. The owner's deck includes a private lounge, office area and an impressive master stateroom with panoramic views, his-and-hers bathrooms and closets, as well as its own private terrace. Above it is another unusual feature: an observation deck with an enclosed lounge surrounded by huge windows, alongside a substantial exterior area with seating, sunbathing space and a large hot tub. The current owners have invested considerably in KAJAK, upgrading the bridge equipment and bringing the interior into 2026 with lighter colours, new fabrics, carpets and furniture, while retaining much of the character of the original design. There are plenty of other interesting details as we make our way through the yacht: a dedicated dining room, an unusually large galley designed so that guests can interact with the chef, four-fin stabilisation, an AI-ready Swift smart vessel system and an elevator connecting the decks. KAJAK was also designed with genuine wheelchair accessibility in mind, including wide access points and a lift at the swim platform. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3512 engines producing 2,250 horsepower each, KAJAK has a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 20 knots. At around 12 knots, David notes a range of more than 4,000 nautical miles. Highlights: • Dedicated owner's deck with private terrace • Observation deck with enclosed lounge • Five staterooms for 10 guests • Elevator connecting the decks • Dedicated dining room and unusually large galley • Four-fin stabilisation system • AI-ready Swift smart vessel system • Wheelchair-friendly design and swim-platform lift • Twin Caterpillar 3512 engines, 2,250hp each • 14-knot cruising speed and 20-knot top speed Follow Yachts For Sale Blog on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yachtsforsaleblog/ Partner channels: @MarineMaxOnline @FraserYachtsSuperyachtSales @NorthropJohnson If you are interested in becoming a yacht broker: www.yachtbrokermasterclass.com And if you would like to keep updated on events at the Yachts For Sale YouTube team you can join the free INSIDE INFO newsletter at: www.yachtsforsaleblog.com

To get a quote for your vessel from Keane Specialty Insurance: https://keanespecialty.com/get-a-quote/ Watch our YouTube channels: @YachtsForSaleBlog Yachts For Sale Blog @YachtsForCharter Yachts For Charter @YachtBuilders Yacht Builders @YachtPodcasts The Yacht Podcast Fresh from the Cannes Yachting Festival, David Seal starts a new series comparing some of the most interesting yachts he saw at the show with their closest competitors. First up are the Azimut Grande 44M, Baglietto DOM 133 and Benetti Oasis 42M. They are remarkably close on paper, but once you look at how each builder has used the available space, three very different yachts begin to emerge. The Azimut is the longest at 43.6 metres, the Baglietto the shortest at 40.9 metres, and the Benetti sits between them at 42.5 metres. Yet there is very little difference in beam and only around 20 GT separates all three. David works through each yacht deck by deck, starting with three very different approaches to the stern. The Azimut combines a beach club, Sea View Terrace and see-through pool. Baglietto creates a three-level beach club with an infinity pool whose floor can be raised, while Benetti's famous Oasis Deck creates around 100 square metres of space extending from the bathing platform towards the main saloon. Above deck, the differences continue. Azimut moves the wheelhouse up a level, freeing almost the entire upper deck for owners and guests. Baglietto takes a more traditional approach with a proper skylounge and generous exterior spaces, while Benetti combines its skylounge with the wheelhouse, captain's cabin and forward seating area. David also compares construction, engines, performance, fuel capacity and range, including why quoted range figures only really make sense when you know the speed at which they were calculated. Finally, there is price: approximately €26.2 million for the Azimut, €27 million for the Baglietto and €28 million for the Benetti, although specification and customisation can change those figures considerably. With so little separating them on price and dimensions, which one would you choose? Highlights: • Azimut Grande 44M vs Baglietto DOM 133 vs Benetti Oasis 42M • Length, beam, draft and gross tonnage compared • Three very different beach club concepts • Guest, crew and owner layouts compared • Why Azimut's upper deck is particularly interesting • Baglietto's more custom approach • Benetti's famous Oasis Deck • GRP, carbon fibre and aluminium construction • Engines, cruising and maximum speeds • Range and fuel capacity compared • Approximate prices of all three yachts This video is sponsored by Keane Specialty Insurance. For more information about HEED and SeaNet SuperYachts go to: https://seanet.eu/ Previously in this series, we followed the delivery of a new 53-metre superyacht and looked at the co-ownership and yacht management structure behind her. Now, just before her world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show, we can finally show you the completed HEED. But this is not simply another yacht walkthrough. David Seal looks at the thinking behind HEED's exterior design, from her subtle profile and metallic paintwork to the challenge of keeping her below 500 GT while creating a forward-facing owner's stateroom on the upper deck. Two pools, hidden anchor gear, opening terraces and fold-down platforms are all part of a design where aesthetics had to work hand in hand with engineering. Inside, Achille Salvagni's interior brings together sweeping curves, natural materials and full-height windows. The owner's stateroom has direct access to the foredeck, where there is a private pool and sunbathing area, while four further guest staterooms are located below. An elevator connects the decks and completes a remarkable layout designed around owners, guests and crew. But the yacht herself is only part of this story. David spends time with HEED's crew to understand what goes into operating a yacht at this level. From independently operated rudders and a ballast system to batteries capable of powering the hotel load for six hours without the generators running, there is a great deal happening behind the scenes that an owner may never see. And that leads to what David considers one of the most important aspects of HEED: the structure behind her. Having visited several SeaNet yachts over the years, David has repeatedly noticed what he describes as a "culture of care" among their crews. In this video, he goes behind that culture to meet the people responsible for hospitality, recruitment, finance, operations and business development, and to understand how SeaNet SuperYachtst supports both the crew and the co-owners. SeaNet SuperYachts founder Matty Zadnikar also explains the co-ownership opportunity available on HEED. His approach is not simply about selling shares in a yacht. He wants prospective co-owners to fully understand how the programme works, including both the advantages and the disadvantages, and to make sure that the people joining the structure are the right fit. After 30 years in the yachting industry, David describes SeaNet SuperYachts as one of the most impressive companies he has ever seen. This final episode shows why: a 53-metre superyacht, a carefully selected crew and a considerable management team, all working together to give the co-owners the best possible experience. Highlights: • First full look at the completed 53m Rossinavi HEED • The thinking behind HEED's exterior design • Achille Salvagni's interior and forward-facing owner's stateroom • Two pools, opening terraces and fold-down platforms • Four additional guest staterooms and an elevator connecting the decks • HEED's manoeuvrability and independently operated rudders • Battery power for up to six hours of silent hotel operation • Behind the scenes with HEED's crew • How SeaNet recruits and supports its rotational crews • The management structure behind the co-ownership programme • Matty Zadnikar explains the HEED co-ownership opportunity • HEED ahead of her world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show Follow Yachts For Sale Blog on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yachtsforsaleblog/ Watch and subscribe to our YouTube channels: @YachtsForSaleBlog https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsForSaleBlog @YachtsForCharter https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsForCharter @YachtBuilders https://www.youtube.com/@YachtBuilders @YachtPodcasts https://www.youtube.com/@YachtPodcasts Partner channels: @MarineMaxOnline @FraserYachtsSuperyachtSales @NorthropJohnson If you are interested in becoming a yacht broker: yachtbrokermasterclass.com And if you would like to keep updated on events at the Yachts For Sale YouTube team, you can join the free INSIDE INFO newsletter at: www.yachtsforsaleblog.com

For more information about the Blue Corridor: LOS ROQUES: https://www.yachtservicelosroques.com/ (Alejandro Linares) GALAPAGOS: https://superyachtgalapagos.live/ (Ricardo Arenas) Los Roques is one of the most extraordinary places I have ever visited — an archipelago off the coast of Venezuela made up of pristine islands, coral reefs, white sand and some of the clearest water I have seen anywhere in the Caribbean. But this film is about much more than a beautiful destination. I travelled to Los Roques at the invitation of Alejandro Linares of Yacht Service Los Roques, who together with Ricardo Arenas of Superyacht Galápagos has developed what they call The Blue Corridor: a supported route for superyachts travelling from Los Roques, through Panama and eventually on to the Galápagos Islands. Over five days in Los Roques I experienced the area in much the same way that a visiting yacht owner or charter guest could — snorkelling, fishing, diving, paddle boarding, kite surfing, visiting remote islands and enjoying some extraordinary local food. I also saw first-hand how important local knowledge is in an environmentally protected national park where yacht movements and activities need to be carefully organised. The journey then continued to Canaima, deep in Venezuela, where we travelled by private aircraft and helicopter to experience one of the most spectacular landscapes I have ever seen — including Angel Falls. This film is my introduction to The Blue Corridor and to a part of the world that I believe deserves far more attention from the superyacht community. I’ll be looking at the Galápagos side of The Blue Corridor in future videos. Let me know in the comments: would you take your yacht to Los Roques?

Around 120 superyachts are expected in Port Hercule this year, including 43 yachts delivered in 2026 alone. With so much to see over four days, David Seal takes a look at some of the yachts that should be on your list. At the top is LEVIATHAN, the 111-metre Oceanco owned by Valve founder Gabe Newell. From a communal dining room for 54 people to a gaming lounge, laboratory, dive centre, hospital and even a 3D-printing workshop, this is a yacht designed around a very different approach to life on board. Alongside her will be DRA, the 93-metre former superyacht rebuilt as LEVIATHAN's dedicated support vessel. David also looks at some of the most anticipated new yachts making their Monaco appearances, including the 102.4-metre Lürssen NIXIE, Turquoise Yachts' new flagship ANGELIQUE, the first Amels 80 Limited Editions PANGAEA, and new yachts from Sanlorenzo, Benetti, Baglietto, CRN and Azimut. For buyers, there is just as much to see. The brokerage fleet includes yachts from Northrop & Johnson and Fraser, with AMICA MEA, LADY MAXINE, TITIAN PEARL, AKULA, DAYBREAK and ENERGY among the yachts David highlights. And for anyone interested in sailing yachts, the newly delivered 62-metre SIMENA offers something completely different. He also explains why it is worth looking beyond the yachts inside Port Hercule, with several major yachts at anchor forming an important part of the Monaco Yacht Show experience. Highlights: • Around 120 superyachts expected at Monaco Yacht Show 2026 • 43 yachts delivered in 2026 • 111m Oceanco LEVIATHAN and her 93m support vessel DRA • World debut of the 102.4m Lürssen NIXIE • Turquoise Yachts flagship ANGELIQUE • First Amels 80 Limited Editions PANGAEA • New yachts from Sanlorenzo, Benetti, Baglietto, CRN and Azimut • 62m sailing yacht SIMENA • Brokerage yachts from Northrop & Johnson and Fraser • AMICA MEA, LADY MAXINE, TITIAN PEARL, AKULA, DAYBREAK and ENERGY • Why some of the yachts worth seeing are outside Port Hercule This video is sponsored by Keane Specialty Insurance. KORU Yacht for sale Length – 49.89m / 164' Built – 1983 Refit – 2024 Guests – 10 Cabins – 5 Some yachts are modernised until very little remains of what made them special in the first place. KORU is different. In this walkthrough, Katia Damborsky takes us aboard this remarkable Feadship in the South of France. Delivered in 1983 and designed by the legendary Jon Bannenberg, KORU was conceived as a serious world-cruising yacht and has an impressive history behind her. A major two-year refit completed in 2024 brought significant changes, including an extended stern, redesigned exterior areas and a much more usable sundeck. Inside, the yacht has also been refreshed, but many of the original Bannenberg details have deliberately been preserved. KORU accommodates 10 guests in five cabins, with an unusual amount of flexibility in the layout. Her current owner's suite sits lower in the yacht, while a bright VIP on the main deck offers another possible owner's cabin thanks to its position and direct connection to the exterior deck. The tour also reveals some of KORU's less obvious strengths. There is a main deck bar and cinema area that has become a natural gathering point, a large galley designed for serious service, generous alfresco dining and lounging spaces, and an original bridge that still carries plenty of the yacht's 1980s character. Katia also takes us into areas we do not always explore on the channel, including the engine room and crew quarters. The crew spaces are exceptionally generous, with five cabins for nine crew, while storage and service areas have clearly been designed around spending extended periods at sea. KORU is not an old yacht that has simply been modernised. She is a classic yacht that has been allowed to evolve naturally, retaining the history and character that made her special in the first place. Highlights include: • Iconic Feadship delivered in 1983 • Designed by Jon Bannenberg • Major two-year refit completed in 2024 • Extended stern and redesigned sundeck • Accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins • Flexible owner's and VIP accommodation • Generous exterior dining and lounging areas • Original bridge and Bannenberg details preserved • Exceptionally spacious engine room and crew areas • Five crew cabins for nine crew • Conceived as a capable world-cruising yacht Follow Katia Damborsky on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theyachtwriter/ Follow Yachts For Sale Blog on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yachtsforsaleblog/ Watch our YouTube channels: @YachtsForSaleBlog https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsForSaleBlog @YachtsForCharter https://www.youtube.com/@YachtsForCharter @YachtBuilders https://www.youtube.com/@YachtBuilders @YachtPodcasts https://www.youtube.com/@YachtPodcasts Partner channels: @MarineMaxOnline @FraserYachtsSuperyachtSales @NorthropJohnson If you are interested in becoming a yacht broker: yachtbrokermasterclass.com And if you would like to keep updated on events at the Yachts For Sale YouTube team you can join the free INSIDE INFO newsletter at: www.yachtsforsaleblog.com

To find out more about RHINO: https://www.fraseryachts.com/en/yacht-for-sale/rhino/ Contact David LeGrand: david.legrand@fraseryachts.com Contact Alain Auvare: alain.auvare@fraseryachts.com RHINO Yacht for sale Length – 54m / 177' Built / Refit – 2016 / 2026 Guests – 12 Cabins – 6 Crew – 11 Price – POA Today, Katia takes us aboard RHINO, a 54-metre Benetti that combines impressive volume, long-range cruising capability and an interior that has benefited from extensive upgrades throughout her life, most recently in 2026. At 710 GT, RHINO offers substantial volume without moving into the 60-metre category. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure are paired with twin Caterpillar engines producing 2,365hp each, giving her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots. She also completed her 10-year ABS class survey in 2026. One of the first things Katia notices is just how well RHINO uses her space. The yacht was described by one of the crew as “fit for purpose”, with each area designed to have a clear function. Her condition is equally impressive, reflecting the considerable time spent on maintenance, refit work and keeping the yacht looking her best. Highlights include: • 54m Benetti from the 55M Steel Custom Series • 710 GT • Extensive upgrades, most recently in 2026 • 12 guests in 6 staterooms • Full-beam Owner’s Stateroom with private office • Three generous VIP staterooms on the lower deck • Additional sixth guest cabin on the upper deck • François Zuretti interior • Backlit travertine marble throughout • Zero-speed stabilizers • Beach club with opening transom • Expansive upper deck dining and social area • Large sundeck with gym equipment, bar and Jacuzzi • Tender and Jet Ski storage • ABS 10-year class survey completed in 2026 • 11 crew Inside, François Zuretti’s design brings together glossy marble, warm woods, custom furniture and carefully selected lighting. Backlit travertine appears throughout the yacht, from the aft cockpit table to the upper deck and steps leading towards the Jacuzzi, creating one of RHINO’s most distinctive design features. The full-beam Owner’s Stateroom includes a private office and a generous ensuite with a marble bathtub, while the lower deck offers three doubles and one twin. An unexpected sixth cabin on the upper deck adds further flexibility, with its own bathroom and a sofa that converts into a proper bed. Outside, RHINO offers equally generous living spaces. Her upper deck provides extensive room for dining and socialising, while the large sundeck combines gym equipment, a bar, Jacuzzi and several areas for relaxing. At water level, the opening transom creates a bright beach club and overwater terrace. What leaves the strongest impression on Katia is how complete RHINO feels today. She combines the volume, range and engineering of a proven Benetti platform with living spaces that have been continually improved by an owner who has clearly invested in the yacht. The result is a yacht that feels mature, carefully considered and ready to be enjoyed. For more information about RHINO, please contact Fraser brokers David Legrand and Alain Auvare. To get a quote for your vessel from Keane Specialty Insurance: https://keanespecialty.com/get-a-quote/ With the Monaco Yacht Show fast approaching, David compares three of the largest yachts available for sale at the show: the 74m SYNTHESIS, the 71.5m VANISH, and the 77.8m ENERGY. Two come from Amels, while VANISH was built by Feadship, and all three were delivered within a year of each other. On paper they may appear relatively similar, but once David starts comparing their volume, layouts, deck spaces and prices, three very different yachts emerge. At 1,790 GT, SYNTHESIS already offers substantial volume, with VANISH close behind at 1,728 GT. But ENERGY moves into another category at an extraordinary 2,885 GT, giving her more than 1,000 GT of additional volume compared with SYNTHESIS despite being only a little over three metres longer. That difference becomes particularly interesting when looking at how each yacht uses its space. SYNTHESIS has six decks and an impressive dedicated Owner’s Deck, with a forward-facing Owner’s Stateroom overlooking a plunge pool, his-and-hers bathrooms, an office, private lounge and outside dining area with a bar. VANISH has five decks and takes a very different approach. Her substantial sundeck includes a plunge pool, bar, gym and dining area, as well as one of her most unusual features: one of two helipads on board. Then there is ENERGY, where everything seems to get a little bigger. Her Owner’s Deck includes a forward-facing suite overlooking a plunge pool, while aft there is dining, sunbathing space and a full swimming pool. Further down, the differences continue. SYNTHESIS offers an impressive spa with a shell door opening directly onto the ocean, while VANISH features a beautiful beach club and considerable space dedicated to crew. ENERGY takes the wellness concept even further. Her spa includes a hammam, sauna, massage room, beauty salon, relaxation area, substantial gym and a fold-down sea terrace. By placing the engine room down on the tank deck, Amels freed up considerable volume for this remarkable area. How do they compare? SYNTHESIS 74m | Amels | 2021 1,790 GT Top speed: 16.5 knots Cruising speed: 12 to 12.5 knots Range: 5,000nm at 12.5 knots Asking price: €132 million VANISH 71.5m | Feadship | 2021 1,728 GT Top speed: 18 knots Cruising speed: 12 knots Range: 5,200nm at 12 knots Asking price: €148 million ENERGY 77.8m | Amels | 2022 2,885 GT Top speed: 17 knots Cruising speed: 13.5 knots Range: 5,000nm at 13.5 knots Asking price: €185 million So, which yacht offers the best value, and which one attracts you the most? VANISH has those two helipads, SYNTHESIS has an extraordinary Owner’s Deck, while ENERGY offers what David describes as the most amazing spa area he has ever seen on a yacht. To get a quote for your vessel from Keane Specialty Insurance: https://keanespecialty.com/get-a-quote/ The Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 is almost here, and David is giving his preview of the yachts he believes are worth making the effort to see when the show opens from 8 to 13 September. Spread across the Vieux Port and Port Canto, Cannes brings together new motor yachts, sailing yachts, world premieres and an extensive brokerage selection. In this preview, David explains where to go, what to expect and which yachts have caught his attention ahead of this year’s show. One of the biggest debuts will be the Azimut Grande 44M, the largest yacht Azimut has ever built. Making her world debut at Cannes, she features a Dual Mode hull, 30 square metres of integrated solar panels and a Mild Hybrid system designed to allow the yacht to remain at anchor for hours with the generators switched off. David is also particularly interested in the Sirena 118, the Turkish builder’s new 36-metre composite flagship and the model that takes its GRP range firmly into superyacht territory. Her design brings together Sirena’s in-house exterior team, naval architect Germán Frers and interiors by Cor D. Rover. Yachts to look out for include: • Azimut Grande 44M • Sirena 118 • Sanlorenzo SHE • Sunreef ULTIMA 88 • Princess X90 • Numarine 27XP • Numarine 40MXP • Pardo GT65 • Grand Soleil Plus 80 • Oyster 675 and 745 • ISA Viper 130 • Custom Line Navetta 35 • Pershing GTX90 • Riva 96' Argo Super • Sunseeker Manhattan 94 The Sunreef ULTIMA 88 is another world debut worth watching. Regular viewers may remember the model from David’s recent multihull comparison, but it has since attracted further attention after Spanish tennis champion Carlos Alcaraz chose a customised ULTIMA 88 of his own. Other highlights include the distinctive Sanlorenzo SHE, the new Princess X90, and Numarine 27XP, successor to the highly successful 26XP. At Port Canto, David also picks out several sailing yachts worth seeing, including the new Grand Soleil Plus 80 and the Oyster 675 and 745. With a huge number of new yachts and world premieres expected, Cannes once again marks the start of an important period in the yachting calendar. David will be there looking at the new launches, and there are already plenty of yachts on his list to see once the show gets underway. To find out more about AKULA: https://www.fraseryachts.com/en/yacht-for-sale/akula/ Contact David LeGrand: david.legrand@fraseryachts.com AKULA Yacht for sale Length – 59.4m / 194'11" Built – 2024 Guests – 10 Cabins – 5 Crew – 13 Price – €62,000,000 If your ambition is to explore the world by superyacht, AKULA is the kind of yacht that makes you reconsider what serious exploration really requires. In this full walkthrough, David steps aboard AKULA, the 59.4-metre explorer yacht delivered by Rossinavi in 2024. After spending time with her owners, he looks at the yacht from a different perspective, focusing on the practical decisions they made when creating a vessel intended to genuinely explore the globe. At 1,241 GT, AKULA has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 15 knots. Her diesel-electric propulsion system uses four variable-speed generators, with power delivered to 360-degree rotating pods. Her theoretical range at 12 knots is approximately 8,000 nautical miles. AKULA’s many practical details reveal just how carefully she was designed for serious remote cruising. The yacht can produce her own AdBlue, the crew have used the onboard workshop to make zinc anodes, and her expedition tender is tough enough to be driven directly onto beaches and even rocky shores. The same thinking continues throughout the layout and design. There is a dedicated “mudroom” for removing wet or dirty expedition clothing, extensive storage and waste-management facilities, and spaces that can support scientific research. Her red hull and orange detailing were also chosen with visibility in difficult conditions in mind. Inside, Francesca Muzio of FM Architettura has created an interior with its own strong identity.
