There are plenty of different articles and even eBooks available on how to choose and purchase a sailboat of your dream. However, mostly those articles drive the reader to "the best boat". In other words, those pieces are just written from the perspective of selling a specific product (this dream sailboat). Their suggestions are not based on a firsthand experience you can get from skilled boaters. And, that is why those articles are so varied. They do not tell you about how to choose the right sailboat; they only say why you should choose "this" sail-craft.
