Windy & Fast Passage to the Islands

You can't wait for everything to be perfect. Sometimes you gotta just go for it and make due. This time, we bash a bit but are rewarded with some seriously fast sailing. And yes, friends, we have our eyes on this whole Covid-19 thing. Very scary. Be well, friends. Pizza Dough - 2 person pizza 1 Cup Flour 1/4 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 6 T water (110 degrees) 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil Mix well into a ball, then cover tightly and let rise for 1 hour. Knead it for a few minutes then let it rise again for 10 min. Roll onto parchment paper and put in oven at 350 for 15-20 min. Take out, flip and add ingredients. Raise temp to 400 and put back in oven for another 15-20 or until done.
