The hardest part is building the shower. When the shower phase is completed, the Owners version conversion will start to shape up quickly! This is a massive project, but it will be will worth it in the end! Owners version catamaran sailboats are typically valued at 15-20 percent more than a charter version and even though our catamaran is older, we think this renovation is going to add a lot of value to our sailboat!
