Sejlbåde
Not only do we buy her but we spend the night on board. Then the next morning we have to reverse out of the marina, not always easy on a sail boat you haven't sailed before, and hoist the sails for the first time. It was all actually pretty uneventful and although the weather was miserable we had a great time.
