WE BOUGHT A BOAT! We bought a sailboat to be more precise! We are a family from Airlie Beach, Australia who sold everything and traded suburban life for a life on the water. We are now a Sailing Family living out our dream to Sail Around the World. We have been searching for months for a catamaran and found a monohull we loved. We are now full time liveaboards on our boat, SV Endless Summer. After years of dreaming we decided to take a leap and put our house on the market -- and it SOLD WITHIN 24 HOURS! We then sold all our belongings, moved out of our house and packed up the bare minimum that we could fit into a Hyundai Getz and set off on a road trip. We wanted a catamaran and searched for months for the perfect Catamaran. We found her a little late because just days earlier she had been put under contract. After a month being on the road in and out of hotels, motels and airbnbs with a baby we decided to look at monohulls. At this point we had looked at close to 100 boats. After week 5 on the road we had an inspection of SV Endless Summer...AND WE BOUGHT HER! We found her down in Pittwater (Sydney), New South Wales and she is a Jomarco 550, a 55ft Bruce Roberts design. We are so in love with her and can't wait to share our adventures with you!
