After a series of electrical failures, we began wondering was our electric sailboat motor a mistake? Are we ready to be an electric sailboat? After months of working, including removing the Atomic 4 Engine out by crane, we felt like we were at wits end when a series of electrical failures happened back to back. This had us questioning whether moving to an electric motor was the right thing, or would staying with the Atomic 4 have been the right decision. We look back at our previous projects, giving more insight into them and try to figure out whether this was the right decision.
