Walking Puppy the Great Pyranese on one finger

Two year old Great Pyrenees named Puppy. Mom contacted me because she could not safely walk him. Told her to bring him out to our event at OTB last night. When she got there he was dragging her all over on flat collar and six foot lead she was holding with two hands.
