Towing our HUNTER 33 Sailboat with a 3hp outboard down the ICW [Ep 137]

What a stressful time on the ICW we had. After just sailing over 346Nm non-stop from the Bahamas without engine this was the dreaded moment. The wind did not cooperate with us as we tried to make our way into New Smyrna Beach and through a lift bridge. Cory had to quickly jump into the dinghy and start towing our Hunter 33 with our small 3hp outboard. Then try to drop the hook against strong current and wind in a narrow channel and I was scared meanwhile manning the helm. But Cory's confidence made it work and we finally reunited with Therese and Cody from SV Vinyasa. Filmed early May 2020.
