The locally crafted Lemongrass flavored Kombucha features spawned the idea for this drink. We snagged the Fruition Kombucha from our favorite little neighborhood deli, Meat and Meet. It is just perfect. Hopefully you can find Lemongrass flavored kombucha...we highly recommend it specifically because it pairs so well with the fresh mint. If you can't ginger flavor is more common and would most likely be a solid runner up!
