The Futility of Sailing Plans
After a week in beautiful Culebra it is time to continue on westward toward Florida. The plan is to sail around and anchor on the west side of Culebra in preparation to sail to Salinas, Puerto Rico. I have a lovely sail around to Bay Linde, but overnight strong winds, squalls, and big north swells make the anchorage unbearable, sending me back around to the well sheltered Ensenada Honda, but not without getting buffeted by some ferocious squalls.
