Sunrise adventure to Offatts

We get started at sunrise with the hope of catching some wind and we have to beat a channel closing on the the way to Offatts Bayou. Once we get there we enjoy a prime anchoring spot and explore some recent ship wrecks on the dinghy. We also scout a route to Galveston Harbor where we will be next week to sail on the Tall Ship Elissa. The ride home is full of adventure as well as we set a new record of 9 kts on Cavu.
