During our time living in Trinidad we've hiked around the island and visited many different jungle waterfalls; this time it's Blue Basin! Located in the back of Diego Martin, we've visited Blue Basin a few times over the past year and have been impressed with the natural beauty of the river. This time, I decided to go ahead and see how far up the river I could get. I was not prepared for how blue the stone really was, or how clear the water could be. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon in the Trinidadian jungle and is somewhere to go when visiting Trinidad for a holiday and yacht haul out.
