She trained in Social Policy, Organizational Consulting, and as a mediator at the school of Psychotherapy and Counseling. At the Tavistock Centre, London she was a visiting practice supervisor on Group Dynamics and the Professional Consultancy Doctorate Program. She researches and writes about organizations, power, and exclusion. Her personal and internal world is formed by dreams, poetry and painting. All this comes together in Social Dreaming and for over 25 years she has participated and hosted Social Dreaming Matrices. She was the director of the training on the previous board of Social Dreaming Ltd and developed training programs to understand the principles and practice of 'hosting' SD matrices.
