We sail into the pandemic, and it happens to be Mindelo Bay, Cape Verde Africa. No one was prepared for what would ensue. First major issue, Natacha has left the boat. Life in the city begins to slow down. I connect with my girlfriends and they come aboard. Then the port is closed and plans to rescue and retrieve a beached boat were aborted. Things start to take a more serious tone, but it's still pleasant to be anchored in the bay. And me , I always try to make the best of things, and for some reason the best of things come to me.
