After leaving French Polynesia last week and starting our 1700nM sail to Fiji it was all fun and games until we got into the strong south easterlies pushing us very quickly in the right direction, With the wind came the waves that cause havoc on both our sleeping and cooking. Kieran has his 31st birthday on the sail and gets a gift that ties him back to his home country of Australia. Finally after all the sleepless nights and sea sickness we come into around five hours out of making port when disaster strikes and in our tired state need to over come the challenges of everyday life on the ocean.
