Short Stop in Sarande, Albania, Then on to Greece!

Even if it was just for a bit, we were glad to stop in Albania! We had a wonderful dinner with the Sister Missionaries where we learned about the Albanian culture and attended our first actual chapel in, I don't know how long. It's always great to meet church members around the world and learn their stories. Albania is nice, but it's really not set up for tourism. We made our way to Corfu, Greece and had a nice meal on our first night there. Then things got a little dicey on the water. When we got back to the tender, it had washed ashore and was full of water. There was nothing forecasted, but we dealt with over 30 knot wind all night! We got dangerously close to another boat nearby but were lucky nothing happened. All's well that ends well. The other boat we almost hit was owned by a very nice French family. They shared some tips on dealing with major wind and we had them over for a movie night. Even with language barriers, we had a wonderful evening! There are good people everywhere we go! See you next week!
