Seafarers 2023 Winter Maintenance Programme

Enjoy this video of our winter maintenance programme of the fleets in the Saronic Gulf, Kefalonia and the Cyclades. This is just a snapshot and the team are hard at work the moment getting ready for the first flotilla on the 15th April. In more detail our maintenance programme is comprehensive from careful servicing of engines, transmissions, and outboards along with items like the steering systems, winches and electric windlass, to servicing the toilets and plumbing systems. We also check that all the electronics and instruments are working correctly. All the sails are carefully evaluated by our specialist partners at Quantum Sails and either replaced or serviced. The rigging is also checked by a specialist. It's comprehensive from treating and protecting the keels, right the way to checking the lights, sensors and aerial on the masthead.
